In the event of a fire, traditional seat materials like PTFE are prone to decomposition or damage, leading to increased leakage. The fireproof seal ring prevents this by pushing the ball rapidly towards the downstream metal seal ring post-fire, forming an auxiliary metal-to-metal sealing structure that effectively controls leakage. Additionally, the middle flange sealing gasket employs a metal wound gasket to maintain sealing integrity even at high temperatures.
