Forging Fully Welded Ball Valve (TEJI)

Description

The fully welded ball valve is engineered with forged materials and a welded body, eliminating the need for bolts and nuts and thereby preventing potential leakage. The forged body features a uniform structure and thickness, avoiding defects such as shrinkage cavities, pinholes, cracks, and sand holes commonly found in casting body valves.

Fully welded ball valves are available in spherical and cylindrical types. The spherical type typically has a single welding seam, while the cylindrical type features two welding seams, ensuring robust construction and reliability.

Design Features:

  • Compliance: Designed in accordance with ISO 14313 and API 6D standards.
  • Simple Structure: Ensures excellent tightness and minimal operating torque.
  • Fully Welded Body: Offers full bore design with zero flow resistance.
  • Emergency Sealant Injection: Provides quick and effective sealing in case of leakage.
  • Cavity Pressure Self-Relief: Prevents overpressure within the valve body.
  • Low Emission Packing: Reduces emissions, enhancing environmental safety.
  • Safety Features: Fire-safe, anti-static, and anti-blowout stem design for enhanced safety.
  • Valve Seat Functions: Supports DBB (Double Block and Bleed), DIB-1, and DIB-2 configurations.
  • Extended Bonnet Option: Available for additional protection.
  • Stainless Steel Overlay Option: Available for body-to-seat and gasket container surfaces.
  • Corrosion Resistance: Suitable for underground installations without interior corrosion, making it ideal for petroleum and natural gas pipeline systems.

Product Parameters:

  • Main Materials: A105, F304, F316, F304L, F316L, F321, F51, LF2, and more.
  • Pressure Rating: Class 150 to Class 2500.
  • Standards: API, DIN, JIS, and others.
  • Operating Temperature: -29°C to 180°C.
  • Operation Methods: Manual, Gear, Electric, Pneumatic, Hydraulic.

Applications:

Fully welded ball valves are optimal for use in petroleum and natural gas pipeline systems, offering robust performance and reliability for long-term underground installations without the risk of interior part corrosion.
