Description

Our fully-welded ball valve is constructed from forged materials with a welded body, eliminating the need for bolts and nuts, thereby preventing any potential leakage from the valve body. The forged body with a consistent structure and even thickness avoids common casting defects such as shrinkage cavities, pinholes, cracks, and sand holes.

Fully-welded ball valves are available in two types: spherical and cylindrical. The spherical type typically features a single welding seam on the body, while the cylindrical type has two welding seams, enhancing structural integrity and reliability.
